Returns & Refunds

You can end a plan at any time from your plan page, or by emailing us. Occasions we haven't started preparing are refunded in full, including the share of our service fee for that occasion. Once a gift has been prepared or shipped, that occasion is complete and can't be refunded.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement, or refund that occasion's gift price if a replacement isn't possible. The service fee included in that gift price isn't refundable once we've shipped it.

If a gift is returned to us because the address was incomplete, out of date, or delivery was refused, we'll email you. We're happy to re-ship to a corrected address — the replacement gift and any new postage is charged at our cost. Please double-check the recipient's address when you set up a plan.

Plans are flexible. You can update the recipient's address, change an occasion's gift price, or move an occasion's date — just give us as much notice as you can, and we'll make the change as long as we haven't started preparing that gift.

• Occasions that have already been delivered.
• Personalized or custom items once they have been prepared.
• The share of our service fee for an occasion we have already prepared or shipped.
• Plans where a recipient has asked us to stop sending gifts.

Shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside our control, but we'll always help you track a gift down or chase a missing package with them.
