Terms of Service

By creating a plan and paying for it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't place an order. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a plan.

We're a gifting subscription. You tell us about your recipient and choose up to five occasions during a one-year plan. Ahead of each occasion, we select a gift, write a greeting card, and deliver it to your recipient's door. We choose the gifts based on what you tell us about your recipient — you don't pick individual items.

Each occasion is priced by the gift value you choose, in $25 steps from $25 to $150. A one-time $30 service fee is included in those gift prices, and shipping and delivery is a flat $19.99 for the plan — free when all five occasions are chosen for the same recipient. Prices are in US dollars, and the total for your plan is shown before you pay. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you're charged.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Plans are paid either once, in full, or annually if you turn on auto-renew. With auto-renew on, we charge your plan total each year on the anniversary of your plan until you turn it off before the renewal date. If a renewal payment fails, we'll email you and pause upcoming occasions until it's settled.

Gifts are chosen by our team to suit your recipient's favorite things, and the retail value varies by occasion. If something we've chosen is unavailable, we'll substitute a gift of comparable value and style. Occasions are selected by you at the time of purchase; adding or changing occasions later may change your total.

We ship each gift to arrive as close to the occasion as we can, usually a few days ahead. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please check your recipient's address — we're not responsible for gifts sent to an address you gave us incorrectly. Once a gift is delivered, its risk passes to you.

By giving us your recipient's details, you confirm you have their permission to share them and to have gifts sent to them. If a recipient asks us to stop sending gifts, we'll honour that and the plan will end, subject to our Returns & Refunds policy.

You can change an upcoming occasion or end a plan at any time, as described in our Returns & Refunds policy. If a plan has already been delivered in full, it can't be cancelled.

Please don't use the service to:

• Send gifts or messages that are threatening, hateful, or intended to harass someone.
• Send items that are illegal or prohibited by the carrier we use.
• Impersonate another person, or share someone else's details without their permission.

We may end a plan that breaks these rules, refunding any occasions that haven't shipped.

The Wrapped in Sunshine name, our designs, and the way we select and present gifts belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

We do our best to deliver a thoughtful gift on time, but the service is provided as described here rather than with any further guarantee. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a plan is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Wrapped in Sunshine is registered, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always sits on this page, and changes don't affect orders you've already paid for.
